Registration Policy

All speakers, session chairs, meeting attendees, and
representatives of organizations exhibiting, are required to
register and pay a Registration Fee for this annual
meeting according to conference policy and fee schedule.
Exhibiting organizations, and their employees, must use
the registration form in the Call for Exhibits.

Pre-registration will not be accepted, unless
payment is included. Government and University
purchase orders are acceptable as pre-registration.
►
Registration must be paid in full prior to the conference.
Attendees with a balance due will be expected to pay
the balance on-site at the Conference Registration Desk.

No telephone reservations will be accepted.
►
In order to expedite the registration process, you may
register online with a credit card at

Method of Payment
►
Make all checks payable in U.S. Dollars to:
University of Maryland
►
Foreign payment must be made in U.S. dollars, and include
exchange fees and bank charges.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Should payment for an offshore attendee be received by the
University of Maryland for an amount less than the posted
registration fee, that attendee will be required to pay the
difference at the Conference Registration Desk.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before April 10, 2005 are
fully refundable, less a $50.00 processing fee.
► Cancellations received between April 11th and April 29th
will be charged a $200.00 cancellation fee.
► No refunds after April 29, 2005.
►
Substitutions allowed at any time provided Conferences
and Visitor Services is notified in writing.
