Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card for the first night’s full deposit. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be assessed one night’s room and tax.
Special Conference Rate $125.00/night - Single/Double *+15% applicable occupancy tax* There are a limited number of rooms available at the government rate of $99.00/night + 15% applicable occupancy tax with government identification
Reservations made after April 16, 2005 will be accepted on a space and rate available basis only. For participants who would like to spend more time in Galveston, the hotel will honor the Conference rate for 3 nights prior to and 3 nights after the Conference based on space and rate availability.
